Create a Viewnamic account

To create a Viewnamic account, open the registration page, choose the free trial or a paid plan, fill in the form and confirm your email address. With the 30-day trial your Workspace is ready right away; with a paid plan you continue to the payment after the confirmation.

Step by step

1. Open the registration page. You also get there with Start free trial or Get started on the pricing page.
2. Under Choose how you want to start, select Free trial (30 days free) or the price of a paid plan.
3. Enter your First name, Last name, a Username and a Profile name.
4. Under How will you use Viewnamic?, choose For my business and enter your Company / organisation – self-employed, the name you work under – or Privately if you live in the EU and want the free trial, Single or High Five. Privately, your full name becomes the account name.
5. Enter your Email and a Password with at least 10 characters, and repeat it under Confirm password.
6. Tick the box to agree to the terms of service and acknowledge the privacy policy, then click Create account.
7. Open the email from Viewnamic and click the verification link. You can open it on your phone – the page in your browser continues by itself once the address is confirmed.
8. On the confirmation page, click Continue. With the trial you land in your Workspace; with a paid plan you continue to the payment – as a private customer first to the order page, where you order with Order with obligation to pay.

Choose your profile name carefully

The profile name is the public name of your first profile, for example your company or brand. It becomes part of your public addresses, is unique across Viewnamic and cannot be changed later. The username is only for signing in: 3–30 letters, numbers or hyphens.

Sign up with Google or Microsoft

If the registration page shows Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft, you can use that account instead of a Viewnamic password. You then only choose your name, the profile name and how you use Viewnamic – for business use with your company. A Google address that Google has confirmed needs no extra verification email; with Microsoft, you confirm your email address once. Then, as with a password, the trial takes you straight to your Workspace and a paid plan to the payment.

Good to know

• The verification link is valid for 24 hours. If it has expired, request a new email on the page that opens.
• Registrations that are never confirmed are deleted after 14 days.
• Viewnamic’s emails – verification, password reset and the like – come in the language of the page you use: German from the German pages, otherwise English.
• Later you sign in on the login page with your email address or username – see Sign in and passwords.
• Invited to a team? Do not register – use the link in your invitation email (team members).
• Businesses can choose every plan, private customers living in the EU the free trial, Single and High Five; all prices include VAT. Private customers can withdraw from a new contract within 14 days – see Cancel or withdraw from a contract.
• Using a private account for your business later? Click Switch to business use in Subscription & billing.
