Questions about pricing
Can I try Viewnamic for free?
Yes. The free trial runs for 30 days and includes one PDF publication with up to 100 pages and 3 videos, 3D models or click dummies. You can choose a paid plan at any time.
What is the difference between the two plan families?
Interactive PDF plans are made for a small number of documents that you enhance with videos, 3D models and click dummies. Magazine & publication hosting plans are made for publishing many documents – with page-flip reading, a public publication page and embedding. Publisher Plus and Premium combine both.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or change your plan in the subscription portal of your Viewnamic account.
Do you offer individual plans?
Yes – for companies of every size. Whether a small business needs a few more interactive elements or a single extra feature, or a larger organisation needs many publications, team members, secure sharing or watermarks: we put together a tailored plan with individual limits, prices and billing. Are all plans hosted in Germany and GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Every plan – including the free trial – runs on servers in Germany and comes with a data processing agreement. Plans with reader statistics collect them without cookies and without storing IP addresses.
Do readers need an account or a subscription?
No. Only publishers need a plan. Readers open your publications in their browser for free.
