The problem

Sales documents get skimmed, not experienced

Brochures, datasheets and decks all arrive as the same flat PDF. Products that need motion, scale or variants come across as a few still images, video files are too large to attach – and after sending, you have no idea what the prospect looked at.

The Viewnamic way

One way to bring every sales document to life

Viewnamic layers your media on top of the PDFs you already have. The layout stays exactly as designed, and prospects explore everything in their browser.

  • Product videos, 3D models and click dummies right on the page
  • One link for folders, brochures, datasheets and decks
  • Your logo and colours in the viewer (depending on your plan)
  • Statistics on pages, videos and clicks for your follow-up (depending on your plan)

Features

Everything your sales documents need

Show the product, make the next step easy and keep confidential offers safe.

How it works

Set up in a few clicks

No new design, no plugins, no special software for your readers.

  1. Upload your sales documents

Use the PDFs you already send – sales folders, brochures, datasheets or decks.

  2. Show the product

Place product videos, 3D models, clickable colour variants or links to your shop on the pages.

  3. Share and follow up

Send one link instead of an attachment – and, depending on your plan, see which pages and media caught your prospects’ interest.

Branding

Your brand in every sales conversation

Show your logo and colours in the viewer and link back to your website – so every document you send looks like part of your brand, not like a file on a third-party platform.

Comparison

How Viewnamic differs from traditional PDF tools

Viewnamic keeps your original PDF file size unchanged when adding videos – unlike Adobe, which embeds media directly into the file. And it offers a true PDF viewer that preserves layout and readability, while flipbook tools convert your document into their own format and usually offer only page-flip.

Adobe rich media
Media is embedded into the file: the PDF becomes huge and plays only in a few readers.
Flipbook tools
The document is converted into the tool’s own format, usually page-flip only; videos often open as YouTube links in an overlay, and 3D models or click dummies are usually missing.
Viewnamic
The original PDF stays unchanged and small; your own videos and other media play right on the page – in magazine, scroll or presentation mode and in every browser.
Comparison of Viewnamic with Adobe PDF rich media and flipbook tools: Viewnamic keeps the original PDF unchanged, works in every browser and supports videos, 3D models and analytics.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which sales documents can I make interactive?

Any sales document you have as a PDF: sales folders, product brochures and catalogues, datasheets, price lists, proposals and pitch or sales decks. Your layout stays as it is – you add media where they help most.

Can I use my existing product videos?

Yes. Upload your video files (MP4, MOV, AVI, WebM or MKV) and place them on the page. Before the upload, your browser converts them to MP4, so they play on every device.

Can I see how my sales documents are read?

Yes, with reader statistics (depending on your plan): you see how often a document was opened, how long each page was read and how often videos, 3D models and links were used. The statistics are anonymous – without cookies and without storing IP addresses – so they show interest, not individual people.

Do I have to send a new PDF when I change the media?

No. The media are stored separately from the PDF, so you can add or remove them later without exporting a new PDF – your link stays the same.

Can you help us create animations?

Yes. For the CRACKZ sales folder we also helped create the animations. Book a call and tell us what you have in mind.

How can I embed a video (or other content) into a PDF?

Upload your PDF, choose the area where the video should appear and upload your video – that’s all it takes.

You decide how it plays: automatically as soon as it is visible, in a loop, with or without player controls. The video stays outside the PDF file, so the file stays as small as before.

Do readers need special software or an account?

No. Your publication opens in any modern browser via a link or an embed on your website – no downloads, plugins or accounts required.

Does Viewnamic work on mobile devices?

Yes. Publications work smoothly on phones, tablets and desktops, including touch gestures and full-screen reading.
