Plans and limits
Viewnamic has two plan families – Magazine & publication hosting and Interactive PDFs – plus tailored plans and a free 30-day trial. The plans differ in publications, pages, storage, interactive content and features.
Viewnamic offers two plan families – Magazine & publication hosting for many documents and Interactive PDFs for one or a few enhanced documents – plus tailored plans with individual limits. A new account can start with a free 30-day trial. Prices and every detail are on the pricing page.

The free trial
The trial runs for 30 days and includes one PDF with up to 100 pages and up to three videos, audio files, 3D models, click dummies or slideshows. Embedding, the public page and statistics are not part of it. You can choose a paid plan at any time in Subscription & billing. If the trial ends without one, your publication goes offline and editing is paused; it stays stored, and choosing a plan reactivates it.
What the limits mean
- PDF publications: the number of active PDF projects in your account.
- Pages per PDF: the maximum number of pages of one PDF.
- Storage: all files of your account together – PDFs, images, videos, audio files, 3D models and click dummies.
- Videos, audio, 3D models, click dummies & slideshows: they count together, in total for all PDFs of your account. Links do not count.
- Video quality: Economy, Standard or Premium, depending on the plan.
- File size: up to 500 MB per file in every plan.
Where you see your usage
As the account owner, open the Workspace and scroll to Account & usage: it shows your plan, the storage used and the number of active projects. When a limit is reached, the Workspace tells you – for example Active project limit reached – and links to the plans.
Good to know
- All plans are ad-free. In every standard plan, the viewer shows a small “powered by Viewnamic” badge.
- Readers never need a plan or an account.
- All prices are in EUR and include VAT. Single and High Five are also available to private customers living in the EU.
Questions
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can choose or change your plan at any time in Subscription & billing; the change is confirmed on a secure Stripe page.
Can I pay monthly?
For Publisher, Publisher Plus and Premium, yes – monthly or yearly. Single and High Five are billed yearly only.
