About this example
Paderborn University’s sports programme offers a padel tennis course. Its course handout explains the rules on seven pages in German – and keeps helping after class.
The printed version carries a QR code. Players scan it and open the interactive version in their browser, without an app. There, helpful videos sit right on the pages that explain the rules, next to a 3D illustration of a padel court. A rule is easier to understand when players can see it in motion.
The rules are shown in a purple viewer in the university’s own colours, so the document clearly belongs to the university sports programme. The original PDF stays unchanged: the videos are layered on top of the pages in the viewer, and the same file still works on paper.
